J&aacute; no primeiro semestre a quantidade de conven&ccedil;&otilde;es acertadas recuou 45,2% na compara&ccedil;&atilde;o com o mesmo per&iacute;odo de 2017, segundo um levantamento da Funda&ccedil;&atilde;o Instituto de Pesquisa Econ&ocirc;mica (Fipe). No mesmo per&iacute;odo, os acordos recuaram 34%.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div -webkit-text-stroke:=\"\" 1px=\"\" background-color:=\"\" class=\"wall\" helvetica=\"\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: \">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-id=\"3\" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"35\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;\">\n\t\t\tA dificuldade vem desde novembro do ano passado, quando entrou em vigor a reforma, que alterou uma s&eacute;rie de pontos e tornou a negocia&ccedil;&atilde;o entre empregado e patr&otilde;es mais aberta e, consequentemente, postergando os acertos.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-id=\"4\" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"35\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;\">\n\t\t\t&ldquo;Alguns sindicatos patronais est&atilde;o querendo tirar conquistas obtidas anteriormente. Isso deixa tudo mais dif&iacute;cil e, por isso, a quantidade de negocia&ccedil;&otilde;es conclu&iacute;das est&aacute; caindo&rdquo;, afirma o pesquisador da Fipe e respons&aacute;vel pelo levantamento, Helio Zylberstajn.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-id=\"5\" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"44\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;\">\n\t\t\tAs conven&ccedil;&otilde;es estipulam uma s&eacute;rie de cl&aacute;usulas econ&ocirc;micas e sociais e precisam ser aprovadas pelos sindicatos dos trabalhadores e patronais da categoria para ter validade e, por isso, est&atilde;o mais dif&iacute;ceis de serem conclu&iacute;das. Os acordos podem envolver apenas o sindicato e uma empresa.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-id=\"6\" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"33\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;\">\n\t\t\tO segundo semestre &eacute; marcado pelas negocia&ccedil;&otilde;es de categorias importantes &ndash; como banc&aacute;rios, metal&uacute;rgicos e qu&iacute;micos -, e impactam milhares de trabalhadores. A d&uacute;vida &eacute; se ela pode valer para todos se aprovada em assembleia. Com o fim dessa cobran&ccedil;a, as entidades sindicais perderam recursos. Na pauta de reivindica&ccedil;&atilde;o, entregue em julho, a conven&ccedil;&atilde;o coletiva &eacute; o primeiro de v&aacute;rios eixos.
